Journey to the Swedes Land ----- IKEA, my love!

So, I took a trip to IKEA with my BFF Laura on Thursday! :) We took the railroad

OUTFIT:
TOP: FLORAL TUNIC DRESS by H&M
BOTTOM: GAP Premium Skinny in Grey Cord
Shoes: StreetStyle V
Jacket: Vintage Toggle
Watch (not shown): Michael Kors

Laura's awesome fedora. Her chained scarf is wicked too.

and trekked through the parts of Hicksville's unshoveled snow.

When we got there, we were immediately hungry. I wanted and got the Chicken Fingers with french fries, yes that is my preferred choice of food at the EPIC IKEA restaurant, and Laura had the swedish meatballs with a side of mac and cheese with cranberry sauce.

At this time, I never decided to take any photos since I was in trekking down the highway and streets to IKEA mode.

We went through the motions of the showrooms. I could never go there and not look. So much inspiration, decorating ideas, colors, ideas of what can fit in your room, and sometimes there are new additions.

MIRRORS!
BEDS
My favorite DUVET SET THERE. 20 bucks!
More bedding!

I love the idea of a corner! Relaxation
"Small people" gate but I went through it anyway into the children's corner.
I convinced Laura to go in through it as well!

My eyes totally weird in this one but my inspiration to HUGE HATS NOW! Fiercee

When I came back I decided to set up some of what I bought:
EXCEPTION OF FREE PENCILS! :D

Finally have a tea light candle holder and tons to burn.
Yes I got that Anna's thins cookies from Ikea mini mart and the bamboo mat. If I cant go to the island, island come to me!

  1. Oh my god! I love my trips to IKEA! Yes I am always exhausted and grouchy by the end, but it is completely worth it. It is like a furniture wonderland! A furniture heaven! Our entire house consists of IKEA furniture(almost), I love how their stuff is modern and cool yet affordable. Somehow I always leave with a couple IKEA pencils as well......
