Beeh's Its a Wonderful Summer

Beeh's Wonderful Summer

{Tshirt: Suno for Uniqlo / Blouse: Suno / Aztec Shorts: Zara / Nautical shorts: MGSM / Yellow Sneakers: Kenzo for Vans / Orangey Red Sneakers: Keds / Bag: Alexander Wang}

As you all know its that time again, where we bear water guns, bear our arm guns, showcase our long gambs for miles and wearing thin straps and loads of color. This season I feel like florals is not only spring but summer appropriate. You can have fancy florals or rad florals. Nothing like collaborations to make awesome things no?

When I dress in summer, I can imagine dressing for different places. One day is a NYC summer, next is St. Barths, and the other in California. How do you dress in summer?!

Happy Bidding~

Beeh's Daze

The perks of my life these days have been studying, studying, thrifting, and well finding interesting things. But this is no different from my usual routine no?

My new Converse, $4. They are a dreamboat, aren't they?
They go with everything, including my confidence

Hello, Money!

Because i like random things on train windows. Hehe.

Good food. Since I have been eating more lately. Can you Equinox and Lucille Roberts time?

Rebecca travels everywhere with me.

And of course a yellow chair. I mean why not.

I believe its important that we all find things that inspire us in real life and share it with each other, it makes the culural melting pot we call society. All sorts of different values, ideas, arts and crafts are available.

Tata for now!

Plethora of Favorites: Bags Edition

I swear I could live on the PurseForum, some of the ladies are truly incredible with their bag purchases, sales finds, and intricate eye for the finer things in life. But I digress, my time on PurseForum I believe truly has fueled my further obsession with bags. Not to mention seeing lots of ladies with their gorgeous leather totes, canvas knapsacks, and the street style pictures that pop up on my desktop.

As you guys know from my many posts before about bags I love or wear for a really long time. The past couple of weeks, my love affair with these specific bags can truly put Kim Kardashian's Grandma Loveseat pattern dress at the Met Gala to shame. I have no shame in owning so much bags, its an obsession that I believe will forever continue.

Meet my favorites for these last couple of weeks, some newbies and some oldie but goodies.

Hello to my new and first ever Alexander Wang Bag. Its the Alexander Wang Trudy! Alex the monkey I love to attach to every bag comes along for the ride on this one a lot! The buttery soft leather, the zippered sides, the hardware looking nails on the corner base, and the slouchy size are all desirable in a bag for me. Such an incredible design that I could dress it with anything I want.

 My Rebecca Minkoff Boyfriend Bag.
The purple shade, the geometric hardware, the studding, and the chains create that edgy look that I am a sucker for. I can also carry my RM pouch wallet in it as well. My Minkoff family is steadily growing, thats another obsession that I can't part without. Its a great bite size bag for when you don't want a huge bag.

Another is my Christmas gift, the Rebecca Minkoff 3 Zip Clutch Mac Bag.
The nude beige hue, the leather, the zippers, the rocker look and size is awesome. Rebecca is so amazing at creating an aesthetic that every girl aspires to have that leather zipper piece in her closet!

Next is another favorite of mine! My Kipling Navy Blue Nylon Clutch.
This darling I take with me to go anywhere and everywhere. I fit most of my things into it and my little gorilla buddy is a major plus. I do love that Kipling puts them with the bags, its so personable yet keeps a child-like element that we can never grow too old for everything.

Lastly, the Elliott Lucca Woven Bag. It so bottega veneta like. It has a real cool tassel on the zipper. Also the golden hardware in contrast with the beige golden shade, is just perfect and complementary.

Well, so many bags, so little time! Im off again!

Kipling x Helen Christensen Event

I had the pleasure of the attending the Kipling Special Event with Guest Helena Christensen, whom was apart of their latest collaboration and contributed some gorgeous designs and styles that I feel everyone this season will love, when it comes out in stores.

(DJ PLAY MY SONG - JLO VOICE)

So we can all think of the Kate Moss x Longchamp collab and that was fab but this collection I feel is ultra fab. Take Kipling, a long time loved brand where nylon bags, knapsacks, and backpacks were adorned. Add the feminine and sexy Helena Christensen and what do you get?

A collection of gorgeous floral screen printed accessory of clutches, leather and solid color bags that are very practical yet stylish and you could wear the bag the entire week. And the price point is very affordable. Talk about style and practicality. It is convertible with any outfit or look, you try to exude.
The view going there, I say that Manhattan during the
evening time is when its at its best.

Of course, my Coach Leather bag is my buddy for the evening, after a long day of ethics classes.

And on the right is the hors 'doeuvres. Smoked Salmon on pumpernickel. Nothing better.

My Leather sleeve utilitarian jacket was my other buddy. I feel bare without it. A casual edge is needed isnt it?

I love whenever Kipling having these like gorilla buddies on your bags. Its like your best friend and each have a name they are called. Isn't that cute?!

Many of these bags are from the new collection, not Helenas!

Overall, I saw a couple of pieces that I would not mind having in my growing bag collection.
I can't wait to see the overall reception and consensus of the bags.

But in the meanwhile, do you guys like kipling bags or the new collection of Kipling bags seen above?! :)

Review: Tom Ford Beauty Summer 2013 Eye Shade

TOM FORD BEAUTY Cream Color for Eyes ($40)
  • Pink Haze (pale pink)
  • Escapade (nude peach)

I really do love the these shades and how seamlessly they apply to the eyelid. It's so smooth and the metallic element to them is quite popular now, well for a long time now but these have a sort of mood you can apply them to.

I will admit I am the type to wear metallic or subtle metallic for anywhere or any event. Not just going out or dinner functions.

All in all, Tom ford beauty always hits the nail on the head and this eye shadow is a keeper.

Cheers,

Topshop Goodies

Topshop Goodies
Sometimes I wish I had all the money in the world. I could buy whatever I wanted and give back those in need.
For example, im in need Topshop Goodies!

The Statements beanies are sick, the sneakers and metal detailed boots, the animated jackets and t shirts these days.

I truly do believe though, that if we help our self good things will come. But then again, I can't help but wish for these babies.

Nothing Short of Awesome

If your like me, you cant wait for spring/summer to begin. Over the past weekend, we have started to see the beginnings of it. I find that the fashion variety of shorts have come along way, and these id love to see in rotation. Especially walking down Broadway in Soho and West 4th blocks over, I can't wait to see everyone's style.
  1. Ted Baker Printed Shorts
  2. Vivienne Westwood Sailor Shorts
  3. House of Fraser Studded Shorts
  4. Alexander Wang Leather Croco shorts

27 March 2013

Hey Mum, I made the team!

I have been loving novelty, sporty, casual laid back looks, alla 90s.
I believe the letterman jacket is something that is so neat that it could never be out of style, to be honest.

I remember the sports crew jocks in high school and myself earning a spot on that crew. Man, I used to think I was so tough.
Yes I was a student athlete, fortunately I still have the athlete mindset in all aspects. Hahaha.

But I do like the look of the jackets coming out like this one from Topshop

I believe it does capture that prepish yet who cares im athletic look. As you can tell, its hard to find words to describe how neat a letterman jacket is. To be honest, the jacket speaks for itself.

Bought one from Topshop, so im waiting for it in the mail.

Novelty Necessity

Probably my love for Comic book tees, band tees, and tour tees is now spilling over into the novelty tees. Dont get me wrong I got a couple of those cheeky bits from junk food and other companies. But recently I have seen these cool things over the internet and I have decide to get a couple of really cool novelty tees and beanies.

I will always have them forever no?

Local Heroes Store is one of the websites where these tees are so awesome. I most like these two:

And this Sweatshirt!

The prices are real chill, like 29-60 for a piece. Not bad at all. I may live on this website. :)

Then there is Dimepiece LA, where they have this cool beanie:

You can buy it here for $30.

Haha, to further their awesomeness, check out this IPHONE 5 case. If you love beavis and butthead like me, you will get a kick out of it.
Im still dying from this case. Now I want an iphone 5.

Then another favorite of mine is by Brian Lichtenberg.
This Feline Meow Shirt. Im sure you guys have seen it all over but I for one love the play on Celine by it. Plus isn't it just too cool and cute?!
I personally love the black version, yes I love black alot ;)
You can buy it from his official website for $60, here.

And finally, Reason Clothing always has something awesome going on. To further express the tourists here in NYC, this expresses the sentiments well. Hahahaha.
Spoof on those I heart NY tees.

On sale now at their website for $28 bucks, here.

Quite frankly, its a necessity. Self Expressionism at its besssst.

The unveiling of the new RPG Adventure will be finally released after much teasing by Marvel and Gazillion Entertainment for June 4th.

While some folks who have membership in the founders group will be on days earlier on May 28th.

This game is supposed to feature all of the marvel favorites battling RPG. Think of Marvel meets Final Fantasy or Spyro. Interesting right?
Now long have we been waiting for this....

Here is the trailer:

Not only will there be heroes but also villains from all series to choose from. Don't we feel like a kid in a candy store, when the character selection menu shows up.

Happy Trails~

Tempt me with bags

Tempt me with bags

I have become such a bag hag, its truly insane. The amount of bags I have in my collection alone could pay alot of rent. Maybe I am obsessed but once again, I am obsessed with being obsessed.

Just the designs, the various shapes, and potential to hold everything and go well with your outfit keeps me coming back for more.

These right now i am truly in love and want to obtain!

1. Tory Burch Robinson Double Zip Tote. (I want this one in black and orange)
2. Chanel Quilted Wallet on Chain Bag
3. Burberry Leather Woven Clutch
4. Christopher Kane Clutch
5. Jeremy Scott for Longchamp Tote
6. Dooney & Bourke Nylon Crossbody bag

All so amazing in their own right and such beauties to keep forever.

The title of the post I definitely was inspired by The Cardigans - LoveFool lyrics. "Love Me, Love me, say that you love me" "Fool Me, Fool Me". Why not tempt me as well, no?

Being Obsessed is an Obsession

So lately, I have been really busy with different projects and things to do. Why not take the time out to show what I'm obsessed with right now.

Bought my first Chanel Nail Polish from Bloomingdales. I loved this color so much I had to get it. I was thinking of the ever popular Black Satin but I saw this gunmental black shimmery color that I had to get this instead.
513 - Black Pearl.  Its such a sassy color.

Then this 3 dollar necklace from the vintage store over in the Chinatown/ Little Italy area. The details on it so sick. This will look great with anything and spruce up any ol' novelty tshirt, my comic tshirt, or a pullover Alexander Wang sweater, no?

And from nail polishes and necklaces to a classic rainbow on the concrete after rain. This shows the beauty we have to appreciate as we go through the many formalities of life.

Sometimes you gotta stop and look around you or else you'll miss it.
