#NYFW Michael Kors Spring 2015 - Americana to the Core!

This fashion week, Michael Kors showed once again, how casual cool Americana is done with nothing out of the extraordinary with the exception of some organza floral skirts, but a truly solid collection.

It is the epitome of a modernity meets 1950s look with a casual chic, front parted loose hair that screams modern frontier.

Loved the hues of white, yellows, navy blue, light blue, and cream. Neutral with little juxtaposition of colors in some outfits like this paddington bear like duffle coat, which I love!

There is that sheer organza skirt with yellow floral petal detailing, thats pretty neat.

The little hints of layering might be a little bit much for summer time come but spring, that is pretty appropriate when winter is just leaving. To shake off that glum winter, you dress in a beautiful set of neutrals alla Americana by Michael Kors. Sounds about right.

It also had some elements of prairie meets english country in the last few looks.

Overall, a very proportionate and pretty collection. Every look in my opinion was complementary, so kudos to the styling. I honestly cannot wait to see what pick the team at MK will make Blake Lively wear. My bet would be that floral hydrangea v-neck line A-cut dress. Very modest in length, imaginative at the chest area, and hits that slim waist look. Honestly, Blake in that dress would be cute on the cover of Harpers Bazaar or Elle.
