News: Iron Man 3 has begun Filming

Recently Marvel has revealed a photo via Twitter, that shows Robert Downey Jr on set and location in Iron Man's lair. And we see suits. Definitely not an old photo...

So this means Iron Man 3 is underway. Downey Jr is quite busy nowadays but he is such an amazing actor that we expect no less of the filming of the latest installment to grace our movie screens. I cant wait to see parts of the script and hope it does not have the dreaded "third movie syndrome" where the third ultimately fails.

The Marvel studios head honcho Kevin Feige says he was reluctant to release this photo but ultimately it was a decision that had to be made. The third installment will somewhat intertwine Tony Stark and his changed character from after The Avengers film.

So I believe that's a great spin the writers are doing or have done.

But since the second film was a success, again I expect high regards for the third film to come.
It is slated to open in theaters on May 3, 2013.
