United Bamboo SS 2012 - NYFW Day 2

I have had the honor to attend the United Bamboo Show this time around. I usually get the info from others but time around I got it myself. I was in standing but got to stand in front of where the models come from backstage, so I got to see a ton of things others did not. Some backstage things such as finalization, models after they walk a little impromtu shot, and such.

United Bamboo's Spring was a plethora of tailored yet classic looks. All doused in whites, blacks, and pale off whites. Shift dresses, one dress with the cutout shoulder ( a trend is forming with cutouts!), cropped black pants, the arms are showing for spring, some greys, and lovely wooden platform shoes. It was a very lovely and yet very good interpretation for their spring. Nothing to much but just the right amount. There were a couple of lovely silk printed dresses that stole the show.

The jackets! The jackets of the show could go with anything but with white they are just so effortlessly chic. The button blouses with white straight shorts.

Minimal yet goodness.

The hair was a kinda fishtail braid/ wave. Yummy spring.

Love this one!

Final Walkthrough..
Love the variety though. If your a dress person, there is tons here for you. If you prefer pants and shorts, there tons here for you too!

The designing duo!
very free and very beautiful for an easygoing and trendy spring! (All taken with my trusty Nikon!)
