I lost about 13 pounds and inches all over my body. Not to mention I got stronger and have more endurance now.
Every workout starts with a small warmup then its continuous with no breaks and then the cooldown for 2-3 minutes.
There is absolutely no excuse why you cant do it. I mean for those days you cant fit 24hr fitness or crunch or lucille roberts, just pop in the dvd and do it!
I will probably do a 2nd rotation of this or start P90x3! Tell me guys, what workouts do you do?

I have never done these workouts because of my knees but I do love walking/running... I love my cardio... I am working at getting the strength training in as I know it is important :)
