Fitness: Focus T-25

I have to give a post on workouts because not only is it good for the body, mind and soul. But, also for us fashion folk, you have to do something that makes you look sooo wonderful.

One of my favorite workout programs, that I just finished the rotation for is Focus T25. 
Created by Fitness Expert Shaun T. If you gives have done insanity, hip hop abs, or asylum, its him again!

The workouts are only 25 minutes and you use your entire body. You get in cardio, strength, and stretch.

I lost about 13 pounds and inches all over my body. Not to mention I got stronger and have more endurance now.

Every workout starts with a small warmup then its continuous with no breaks and then the cooldown for 2-3 minutes.

There is absolutely no excuse why you cant do it. I mean for those days you cant fit 24hr fitness or crunch or lucille roberts, just pop in the dvd and do it!

I will probably do a 2nd rotation of this or start P90x3! Tell me guys, what workouts do you do?

  1. I have never done these workouts because of my knees but I do love walking/running... I love my cardio... I am working at getting the strength training in as I know it is important :)
