Stripes Are Utterly Cool

I took a break from looking a sailor but I figured out new ways to make my stripe wearing look more easy parisian rather than sailor on the bay.

I love this engineered striped top by J.Crew this one was a find at the flea market for only $5. Looked it up online and it was $88 when it was in stores, go figure! I had to pair it with a dark green, so I went with my Gap Hadley Long Cargo Pants. Just roll up the sleeves and I am ready to go!

Paired with my Cole Haan Maria Sharapova Sporty Sandals, with this pairing I can still enjoy summer but have a taste for fall. Simple bag is necessary so I went with my Rebecca Minkoff Mac Bombe in the grey color with ostrich leather detailing. Lux but simple. Its all in the details.

My thing about summer/fall transitioning, stay as cool as possible. Dont go too heavy with long sleeves or long jeans, if you do end up wearing something long, make sure to off set it with something else short, so you dont end up looking like a blob. LOL If this outfit does not say, "I just got back from Montauk", I dont know what does.
