It seems like sculpted and beautiful easy silhouettes bathed with separates adorned the runways today. Mixable pieces for any style or flair that one wants in their closet. Not to mention, the various prints and light colors with black and whites were meshed together to create a beautiful spring/summer look for anyone's style.
Starting off with Alexander Wang who showed us that late 90s/ early 2000s era is still one of the best eras to pay homage.
He showed once again that separates and interchangeable pieces are possible and one does not only have to wear matching sets. The crop top is still in but the technicolor trims and sporty motocross elements are going to be fun and hot to have.
Love the fits of everything, tailored and simple yet breathtaking. Remember that color blocked stripes on his fall 2014 collection? Well its on a top for spring.
One of a kind halter style that helps one's bust seem fuller with that plethora of colors.

Next, Tibi showed more separates, beautiful textures and details that streamline classic looks.
Here are some of my favorites.
Still a little more normcore happened but a beautiful way in knits, cotton silk material, and easy separate pieces that could be dresses down or up.
Love this skirt, feels like a Carrie Bradshaw favorite to me. The texture is feminine and the length is modest for spring that you could wear a lovely pair of grecian sandals in any color and itll be chic.

Next is Cushnie et Ochs, who showcased once again that cutting-edge dresses is what they do best but they can also do ruched silk and easy draped styles in separates that makes going out look fun and sultry again. If anyone needs something to wear somewhere Friday or Saturday night, youll find it in this collection.
I must say it felt a little bit more bold this time around with the strictly straight black eyeliner and brows. Not to mention the huge drop earrings that reminds me of Ethiopian jewelry.
And to my surprise, the last grommet dress seems like such an homage to Versace and Gianni. :)
Lastly, Rebecca Minkoff gave a fun show with a live band but the idea to see last few dresses in a 3d glasses way. I have not seen 3D glasses used since Spy Kids 3D at the movie theater in 2007. Always a fun show the last time I went to it. This season was no different in showing fun looks. The really neat monochromatic looks with textured pants to make it unbelievably chic, the brown shoulder bag accessory adding to the bohemian city looks with separates once again. The details in each look mesh collectively well to make a lovely easy spring that you do not necessarily have to do prints to look like a ball of fun.
These are the last two 3d looks. Aren't they fun!
