I think its safe to say that sneakers are really on trend now, especially since almost every designer bandwagoned upon the skater chic slip on sneakers. I cant tell you how happy I am because I am an avid sneaker wearer since 1992. I live on converse, loomstate sneakers, and other really sick shoes by Roxy and such.

But the new takes by brands like Lanvin, Coach, Celine, Givenchy and others are really leading the pack. Not only are they super cute and cool but they are easy to wear and wont break your back like heels.
