So on this vacation I decided to restart my Insanity from where I left off, Week 3. I am quite determined to make it stick. Those that may say "Oh your crazy, just enjoy the vacation..." I am like:
I mean why not enjoy it in being sensible about what you eat and working out! Its still fun. Today was the Plyo Cardio Circuit. Not one of my favorites but in rest mode now that its done. I will probably sleep easy tonight. What kills you is the level 1 drills, basketball, wide football sprints, and in and out abs. My abs are still crying after that good abuse.
