Beeh's Fitness Lately

Keeping up my fitness game especially when not hitting the physical gym when you dont have time is still crucial. Thats why I work out at home alot, my own personal home gym with my weights, rower, foam roller, mats, and dvds really help me to keep accountable.

My rotation as of right now, is non existent. The last 2 month rotation is did was Insanity Max 30 that I completed to a "T". But these are the dvds that I have been using the last 2 weeks and other youtube videos I found.

- Insanity Max 30
- Exhale Core Fusion Pilates Plus
- Addicted to Sweat Chair Jaw Breaker
- Pop Physique Cardio Butt School
- Pop Physique Original Butt
- Tapout XT

It is amazing when you keep things interesting and your body continues to guess, that muscle confusion.

Shenmue 3: On Its Way!

So the last I blogged about Shenmue 3 possibilities was way back in September of 2009, can you imagine that is nearly 6 years, coming up soon?

Well its official, Shenmue 3 is on, after the failure of the Online adaptation, live action gossip, endless gossip and speculation since 2001, 14 years later we have the answer from Yu Suzuki and he included us! From Dreamcast to PS4 and PC; also possible Xbox One as platforms that it will be exclusively available on!

Back in June of this year, 2015, YuNet, Yu Suzuki's production team/company, launched a kickstarter campaign that reached its 2 million cap goal within a day, from donations from long time fans and celebrities of the game series alike! There were different benefit levels and each person that donated at least gets an honorable mention in the game credits! Now how cool is that!

It finally reached a maximum of $6 million, way past the minimal cap goal and this means even more funds available for a better game and a high high high interest in it being done right. More QTE anyone??

But I have one request that I think the original platform fans would love, if there was a special edition made dreamcast disc of the third installment, so a vintage game collector and Shenmue trilogy fan, can enjoy. That would be the ultimate throwback.

Well, Shenmue 3 news and behind the scenes looks will be progressing more and more as months go on, cant wait? Neither can I!

Beeh's Need: Bits of Charlotte Olympia & Proenza & Kirkwood

Shoes

So I have been loving some pieces Ive been seeing as of late through the e-retailers, department stores, and the runway editorials. After my daily peek at Net-A-Porter, I found these 4 pair of shoes that I cannot live without. My covetable list includes: Nicholas Kirkwood, Proenza Schouler and Charlotte Olympia. Which happens to be 3 of my favorite brands, all for different reasons.

In clockwise:

Charlotte Olympia Purrffect Black Velvet High-top Sneakers, here.
I love sneakers so much and these are no different. I find the ears on the sneaker tongue so cute and the signature web.

Proenza Schouler Checked wool-blend espadrilles, here.
I love espadrilles so much that new style plus Proenza's contemporary high style design makes this one of a kind. I love the checked top and patterned bottom together, nice with a color neutral outfit.

Charlotte Olympia Miss Muffet Cut-out Suede Sandals, here.
I love the web play like Charlotte's Web, hence the brand name and play on child storytales in fashion. The web cutout design on these sandals are so cute and edgy.

Nicholas Kirkwood Suede point toe flats, here.
I love the designed heel on a classic pointed-toe shape.

Summer with Desigual

So, me being a huge desigual fan and wanting some cool pieces for the summer, I decided to take a look through what Desigual has to offer right now and there are some really cute and cool pieces that I think everyone would love. These that I am featuring here are my absolute favorites!

First, I love the Railey Dress. I think the straps are great and I love the v-cut design with the mini studs along the neckline. But most of all, I love this print and the circular patterns which are synonymous with Desigual designs are great. Its like a trip to Madrid and summer fun all in one dress!

Second, the Montseny t-shirt tank top. I love a good layer, on the low 70 degrees days this is perfect. Great color for looking slim and a nice paint sketch like " I heart summer" on the bodice. Not to mention the length is great for looking edgy, which I love, but hides your hips and butt, if you are not a fan. Great casual top. I feel as if I can wear this with bermudas or a slim skinny jeans.

Lastly, the Carry Bermuda Shorts. I never knew Desigual did denim but their signature circular colorful pattern on these are so perfect! I love the length, not too short, not too long, just right. You can get embroidery without doing DIY on these, I love this look so much! I feel one can pair them with anything and everything and still look city chic.

I just love what Desigual brings to the table every season, you can always look like you are the life of the party or having fun in 90 degree weather or 50 degrees flurries.
