Beeh's New Toy: Dyson AM02 Mini Tower Fan

I have always heard about Dyson and their vacuums being the most expensive and high quality. I  always saw their fans and loved the bladeless technology and air multiplier technology that they have.

Finally decided to buy it from QVC and she came today! I ordered it in the blue color and it was an easy set up, take out the tower, power base and stand base out.

Click the two lower half stands in place and you are ready to go.

Me being funny, decided to put my hand through it, this one is a winner!

There are 10 different levels, one lowest power (barely any air) to 10 being hurricane force winds. It does make some noise but it reminds me of my therapy sound system's white noise and so nice and soothing.

You can also time it from 15 minutes to 9 hours, so hello having it on to help you sleep and turning off when you are in REM cycle.

All in all, so happy I finally bought one and will cherish it.

Like a Quilted Blanket!

Today is a bit windy, so decided if I cant carry my blanket with me, I will wear my quilted sweater from Gap LOL! I love how boxy and roomy it is, although it can do nothing much for your shape, if you wear it with skimmer jeans like mine, its playful.

And another playful touch are my flamingo smoking flats!

Easy Peasy, Red, White, and Navy Blue Breezy

Today's outfit has a bit of red, white, and blue in observance of memorial day.
(Once again, I thank those who served and are serving us all)

I love how silky and roomy this top is and the straight leg of the denim, so it looks the right amount of cozy and not blanket drape worthy.

And of course, my little additions like my Boy Bag and beaded moccasins. :) Sometimes its the details that make the outfit more chill.

Top: J. Crew
Jeans: Gap
Bracelets: Cartier/Hermes
Bag: Chanel
Shoes: Minnetonka

Happy Memorial Day, to those who served our country and fellow countries, so our freedom remains intact and our doctrines morale is upheld. We celebrate you and those out there right now.

Thank you~

Neutral Chic

Today was nice weather, a little bit on the chill side in terms of wind, but I kept it nice and neutral for Saturday. Finally wore out my J.Crew Silk Sleeve Sweatshirt that I haven't worn in a long time. Like how it gives a chic addition to the regular sweatshirt look. Then my colored sneakers for variety and even more coolness.

Usually I dont do a fully on bright neutral palette, but it is kind of fun to step out of your comfort zone.

Casuality

Casuality Set & Real Life Pairing

I for one, love the time when spring and summer almost meet but dressing can sometimes become a bit hard because of the fluctuation in weather. Especially that is what is occurring right now, one day its 78 degrees and the next its 61. Which is why, I get rid of the light jacket and go for a sweater or double long sleeve tops to keep me warm just in case.

I love a good outfit like above, a great dark denim, designer sneakers, arm candy bracelets, and a quirky pairing. My quirky pairing was a personal favorite: stripes and a denim ombre shirt. I have not worn denim as a top since my 2005 Guess Jeans days, where I thought I was the coolest kid in NYC wearing a light wash denim jacket with everything.
For the real life execution, I switched out a sole kick ass leather bag and sneakers for a tweedy + leather combo bag, and quirky espadrilles.

Its like as time goes on, one develops their own personal style even more and really start to hone in on what they like and what suits them, and keep refining it for their body type and appropriateness. Its a process of growth. I mean wearing a true second skin that you are comfortable in, now thats guts.

Shirt: Uniqlo Pure Blue Denim Ombre Shirt
Inner shirt/Top: J. Crew
Denim: Boyfriend Jeans by Gap 1969
Bag: J. Crew Marlie Crossbody Bag
Shoes: Tory Burch Flamingo Espadrilles

Items in set:
Shirt: Same as I am wearing
Shirt: J. Crew Stripe, similar to mine.
Denim: Gap, similar to mine.
Bag: Alexander Wang Angela Mini Pochette
Shoes: Lanvin

City Adventure & Doodads

I always love a walk through of New York City, you can go anywhere, do anything, buy anything, eat anything, and sit and relax at Bryant Park. My first stop was around that area but the mini cafe upstairs at Kinokunniya Japanese bookstore.

After rummaging through cute knickknacks, idol magazines, and photography books, a girl needs some Calpico and cream bun.

Then after a brief stop at Bookoff the other Japanese bookstore, went down to Soho. Hence my happiness, Soho is like a home away from home.

My Alexander Wang Angela Pochette Bag was my bag of the day, turned in into a crossbody to make things easier for trekking with my ripped denim and military green anorak. Blurry photo.

Then finished off things in Chinatown and came home to catch the fight of the century, which after all of the build up, was a little let down but it was fun to see. Look at how stern Roy Jones JR. looks LOL.

Built him up in the course of 2 days with tons of breaks. Magic Mickey figurine. I shall buy more of them and set them up in a display case as a decorative feature of my room. Can be really cool!

And of course ending with my Bookstore loot. Got the Boo photojournal from Kinokunniya, and other dvds and healthy eating book from BookOff. 8th &Ocean classic MTV modelling reality series from like 2006-2007, then the first season of my guilty pleasure Jersey Shore, uncensored, and of course an exercise DVD, the ever evasive Pop Physique Original Butt Dvd. Barre at its best.

This is why I love NYC, shopping and much to do.

Stripes, Rips, and Studs

First time in a while, I am really loving my outfit. I love a good lax and parisian chic outfit and I believe this truly embodies what I love. I got this Thomas Paul Long Sweatshirt from Uniqlo in the mail about 5 days ago and I love the slouchy fit and the stripes on the sleeves.

Happy, Happy!

Worn with my favorite Gap Boyfriend ripped denim, Alexander Wang Angela bag, and casual Converse sneakers, giving it a laidback, stripe-y edge.

Im finding the transition from not so cold to chilly spring weather not too terrible, I have all sweaters for it :)

Sweater: Thomas Paul Long for Uniqlo
Denim: GAP 1969
Jacket: Gap Light Anorak
Sneakers: Converse Classic
Bag: Alexander Wang Angela
Necklace: Comic Con Find
