Just In: Lilly Pulitzer for Target Part Two

Finally, part two has arrived! My target package came yesterday and out popped my other two Lilly for Target pieces, the Palazzo Pants in Boom Boom Print and my flip flop sandals in the My Fans print.
The quality is amazing on both pieces and are well made. The little added bonus on the pants are that they feature the little target bullseye within the print lol, how cute is that.

The flip flops are great, a little bit cheap on the gold tone straps but it was $15, so its what you pay for.

Pic of me with the flip flops on.

The pants are really nice and breezy, Its great with a neutral top, so I paired it with my Uniqlo Basic Tee. You can wear white, black, grey, etc.

With the pants, you can size down if you are thinking to get a pair, or try your regular size, I had to size down 1 size. But if you want a slinky fit go 1 more. I like it breezy yet a bit fitting.

Added my J.Crew long deco necklace for a fun touch. I honestly can't wait for the summer. Pop these out on the boardwalks, the beaches, and when you go away for a trip!

Fun Review: SNP Masks

I was watching Roommate Season 2, as I always do every Thursday-Friday when subs are available, and I saw Jackson form GOT7 wearing one of the masks along with Sunny from Girls' Generation, who wore the Panda mask!

So me being a connoisseur of asian skincare and beauty products, just had to try this mask! Low and behold, I ordered from the web the day after and it finally came yesterday.

I got the SNP Animal Panda Whitening Mask, which promises to restore dull and rough skin with brightening energy delivering luminosity and softness.

Here is a cool pic with it on, my face sorta did transform to a cute panda.

I love how soft and dewy it made my skin. Did not make it feel too wet afterwards but nice and bright. I used a nice facial moisturizer cream to seal it all in, used Kiehls. Great to add to any routine, plus I can say that Sunny from GG and I used the same mask!

Just In: Lilly Pulitzer for Target Part One

After visiting the store during the evening hours of the opening day, all of the shelves and racks were rummaged and picked through, but to my surprise, two pieces were left and one of which I had in the Lilly Pulitzer for Target online wishlist: The Gold Bell string lights!

And found the stoneware ceramic serving tray to be a wild card and so well made, I decided to buy it!

This is of course part one of the haul, and with my shipping confirmation of my two other pieces I ordered online, thats coming soon!

I of course, strung my lights already! Arent they a beaute, I did fix them even more after this photo was taken!

Still figuring out how to best utilize my serving tray!

Preview: Lilly Pulitzer for Target

I knew about this a few months in advance but only remembered a few weeks ago. I gotta say, this is not a bad Target collaboration as it might bring Target back onto the collab game. The epicness of pretty Lilly prints via Florida chic and multiple department collaborations Target is known for is an electric combination.

I for some reason knew this would be on the Missoni and Liberty of London level but last night's magnitude of people online, some of whom have work in the morning, I never expected those level of proportions. The twitter hashtag #LillyforTarget was trending worldwide, leaked mobile links were the norm, thus leading to things being sold out before time, and the target website being crashed multiple times. It was a bit unfair and monstrous but glad to those who were able to get for good wholesome reasons. I got lucky with the palazzo pants as seen above and the flip flops, as seen above as well.

I can vividly remember the first link posted being those wedge sandals and the amount of sharing was unexpected. But as I expected, the ceramic mug link was probably being hoarded so I lost out on that and all of the ebay resellers are selling them 4x and 5x their original price.

The rest of things I am going to the store in a bit to check out and see what I can at least rally. I did have the option to buy the hammock and chair but wavered. No space for hammock, I reasoned with myself but I would have loved it.

Id rather see some of the pieces in person so I can know quality and functionality. Like with the chair, beach towel, string lights, hair holders, votive candle set, drinking glasses and porcelain plates.

I am usually your dark color and fun mix kinda girl but in the summer, I shake things up a bit so this collection comes at a great time.

*Sometimes the exclusivity on certain things is nice but something all the masses can enjoy is way better. Integration and freedom is always best, old tradition, bye bye.*

I am a big fan of mixing high and low and I know some other bloggers and such are, cant wait to see what everyone does in their homes and outfits.

Will update later on with two later posts about what I got from the mail and in stores!

Newbie: Rebecca Minkoff RTW Carolyn Jacket

Loving my new Rebecca Minkoff Carolyn Jacket, one of my best purchases on a good deal in a while. Its from a previous season, Pre Fall 2014 but still, I love it so much.

The patterns, the leather strips, and boxy fit. Great for a fun professional setting, good for day time style, or going out at night to a lounge or dinner. Plus the fact that I usually have Rebecca Minkoff bags only makes it sweeter that I finally get a piece of the RTW pie.

Just in Love: Allsaints

Sharing my set of favorite things that are currently at Allsaints, I mean I have gotten to love this UK brand over the years and the quality of clothing always presents a satisfaction, that I keep coming back for. The retail store and the outlet store are both amazing in their selections but sometimes you love that one piece that is retail only, that you do not mind investing in. The investment towards your outfits and personal style goes a long way.

I do love their sweaters and picked out three of them, I am head over heels in love with, a long cap sleeve loose tee, and a leather jacket. Usually not a leather jacket fan, I have started to like the moto chic style and model off duty reputation that they have. Its all about the right fit, for me I love a good smooth soft leather that does not feel like a 2nd shell but a 2nd skin in how light it is and has a little asymmetric element to it.

These are my fav picks (from back row to front)

- Conroy Leather Biker Jacket = Love the soft leather and easy shell zips.

- Quina Sweater = Love the slouchy fit in a white knit.

- Styx Step Tee = Love the drape for an edgy Kate Lanphear inspired tee.

- Vix Sleeveless Jumper = Love the sleeveless element and something unusual like this.

- Plex Cardigan = Love stripes, so french and quintessential chic.
