Beeh Love: Mixing Sweaters

I am a huge fan of layering but as spring time comes up, we will get some wind and rain, which is why there is a smart way to layer and still feel breezy.

My two favorite pairings are these two J.Crew tops with these sweaters.

1st Look is a Vertigo Sweater with some zig-zag pattern, which is very cute mixed in with horizontal stripes, which I believe is a smart and fun look to wear.

2nd Look: A J.Crew Jeweled Collar Sweater shirt with an H&M Tweed Boucle Sweater with leather trim. I love the femme and edgy sophistication associated with this look.

Both can be worn for any occasion. Dress it up with flats for business casual, fun sneakers for a weekend or afternoon on the town look, or a pair of smart black patent leather skyscraper heels for a night on the city look.

Mixing Patterns is what it is all about!

Beeh Loves: J-Crew

I for one love the vision behind J. Crew, have always been a fan of the quintessential mix and match pieces that you can haphazardly throw together for a business lunch, a day of shopping, or a regular day at university.

Its all very smart.

These are my favorite pieces, 2 of which I just got two to three months ago. The striped breezy top is lovely. The Boyfriend Cream Sweater together with it is very casual and classy.
And not to mention the Marlie Crossbody Bag which is divine. Love the mixed media of leather and tweed.

A Spring Touch of Leather

Even when its spring or later winter into spring, I always find a way to wear some form of leather trims.

My two favorite coats will be in heavy rotation for sure.
Coat on left: Bought from England
Coat on Right: H&M Quilted Sleeve Trench

And when I feel like something a little edgier without the hefty price tag of Rick Owens, I go for my Andrew Marc Leather Light Coat. Love the supple leather and easy vibe it gives off. Not to mention, it has a waist ruch that can make it define if you want.

So many ideas buzzing in my head on what to wear them with. Ill probably end up tossing things together.

Beeh Rave: Dior 2015 Resort Collection

The forecast that Raf Simons gave for the Dior 2015 Resort collection was quite frenchie and smart. He took on former silhouettes and the gorgeous shapes of the Dior past collections that we all know and love.

I love the art deco meets french chic, meets 90s. Its very smartly done and looks like it moves well on the runway. Can it translate off runway, even without the thousands of dollars rich women will spend on it?

I definitely think so. I see this trickling down into designer inspired pieces in places like Necessary Clothing and flying off the racks at Bergdorfs.

The square lace cut bodice, very 1990s. And not to mention the booties throughout I quite like with then, instead of various sandals or heels. The peep toe is within our times.
Its not outrageous like art you observe and forget about. But the wearability factor in this resort collection is 100% legit.

P.S. - It showed in Brooklyn at the Navy Yard. I gotta tell you that fashion prodigy Alexander Wang is starting it all.

Most Wanted: The Bucket Bag

I know everyone has been going crazy over the bucket bags now, especially the crisp leather and neat ones from Mansur Gavriel. But I still have my trusty bucket bag from Trussardi, which is a such a classic leather bucket bag.

Not only is it huge, but I love the burgundy red shade associated with it.
Not to mention the satin striped inner lining, which feels so good on hands.

The perfect amount of slouch, can wear to the gym, as seen on me or going out anywhere!
