"Listing it at a higher price, are you crazy?" Million Dollar Listing NEW YORK IS BACK

I am so excited that MDL NY returned two weeks ago and thank goodness for reruns so I could actually watch it. Between no internet service at home currently and university finals week coming up, I don't know if I am coming or going. Cue my favorite White Arrows song if you wish.

Anyways, I really missed that Elliman chairman's son who was so shy like, fabulous, and yet was straight forward. There is a new kid on the block called Luis, the self proclaimed Puerto Rican who continuously reminds us viewers of that. I do like that he exudes confidence yet he is so Ricky Riccardo like, isn't he? I hope I am not the only to think that. Haha. Onto Frederick with his fiancé and still selling multimillion dollar properties and Ryan Serhant, just being Ryan Serhant. Vivacious, hilarious, and is somewhat trying to be the break out star. If he isn't already. Hehe ;)

Best part in the episode was when Ryan joined the model in the pool at Frederick's open house. Not only was that a tool like move, I can't blame him for it. That will forever be a classic, well in addition to Ryan and his obsession with the ladies.

All in all, the men on this show really can outdo the way some women I know get along and argue. Or possibly us New Yorkers do it better than anyone else.

With all that said, Welcome back MDL NY, I have missed seeing million dollar New York City properties and the men behind them.

P.S. Luis' having a twin brother what a twist!

Suno x Uniqlo Collaboration: The Journey through prints

Suno Uniqlo Collaboration

Pants: $40 / Dress: $40 / Sleveless Top: $30 / Skirt: $40

I am sure this is not new news but the new Suno x Uniqlo Collaboration is out at Uniqlo since May 20th. I heard the announcement last month but have been quite busy. Basically CFDA Award-winning design duo Max Osterweis and Erin Beatty have teamed up with Japanese fashion foward brand and store Uniqlo for design aeshetically pleasing pieces. And I have to say nothing is over $49.99, now thats a good day. These are my favorite pieces and I have yet to make it to the one over in Soho, lets hope my size is still available or the styles.

Its like a prairie home meets geometry and summer prints style. Can do well as standalones or with my previous post about a beeh kinda summer, sneakers and shorts!

Beeh's Its a Wonderful Summer

Beeh's Wonderful Summer

{Tshirt: Suno for Uniqlo / Blouse: Suno / Aztec Shorts: Zara / Nautical shorts: MGSM / Yellow Sneakers: Kenzo for Vans / Orangey Red Sneakers: Keds / Bag: Alexander Wang}

As you all know its that time again, where we bear water guns, bear our arm guns, showcase our long gambs for miles and wearing thin straps and loads of color. This season I feel like florals is not only spring but summer appropriate. You can have fancy florals or rad florals. Nothing like collaborations to make awesome things no?

When I dress in summer, I can imagine dressing for different places. One day is a NYC summer, next is St. Barths, and the other in California. How do you dress in summer?!

Happy Bidding~

Beeh's Daze

The perks of my life these days have been studying, studying, thrifting, and well finding interesting things. But this is no different from my usual routine no?

My new Converse, $4. They are a dreamboat, aren't they?
They go with everything, including my confidence

Hello, Money!

Because i like random things on train windows. Hehe.

Good food. Since I have been eating more lately. Can you Equinox and Lucille Roberts time?

Rebecca travels everywhere with me.

And of course a yellow chair. I mean why not.

I believe its important that we all find things that inspire us in real life and share it with each other, it makes the culural melting pot we call society. All sorts of different values, ideas, arts and crafts are available.

Tata for now!

Plethora of Favorites: Bags Edition

I swear I could live on the PurseForum, some of the ladies are truly incredible with their bag purchases, sales finds, and intricate eye for the finer things in life. But I digress, my time on PurseForum I believe truly has fueled my further obsession with bags. Not to mention seeing lots of ladies with their gorgeous leather totes, canvas knapsacks, and the street style pictures that pop up on my desktop.

As you guys know from my many posts before about bags I love or wear for a really long time. The past couple of weeks, my love affair with these specific bags can truly put Kim Kardashian's Grandma Loveseat pattern dress at the Met Gala to shame. I have no shame in owning so much bags, its an obsession that I believe will forever continue.

Meet my favorites for these last couple of weeks, some newbies and some oldie but goodies.

Hello to my new and first ever Alexander Wang Bag. Its the Alexander Wang Trudy! Alex the monkey I love to attach to every bag comes along for the ride on this one a lot! The buttery soft leather, the zippered sides, the hardware looking nails on the corner base, and the slouchy size are all desirable in a bag for me. Such an incredible design that I could dress it with anything I want.

 My Rebecca Minkoff Boyfriend Bag.
The purple shade, the geometric hardware, the studding, and the chains create that edgy look that I am a sucker for. I can also carry my RM pouch wallet in it as well. My Minkoff family is steadily growing, thats another obsession that I can't part without. Its a great bite size bag for when you don't want a huge bag.

Another is my Christmas gift, the Rebecca Minkoff 3 Zip Clutch Mac Bag.
The nude beige hue, the leather, the zippers, the rocker look and size is awesome. Rebecca is so amazing at creating an aesthetic that every girl aspires to have that leather zipper piece in her closet!

Next is another favorite of mine! My Kipling Navy Blue Nylon Clutch.
This darling I take with me to go anywhere and everywhere. I fit most of my things into it and my little gorilla buddy is a major plus. I do love that Kipling puts them with the bags, its so personable yet keeps a child-like element that we can never grow too old for everything.

Lastly, the Elliott Lucca Woven Bag. It so bottega veneta like. It has a real cool tassel on the zipper. Also the golden hardware in contrast with the beige golden shade, is just perfect and complementary.

Well, so many bags, so little time! Im off again!
