A House of Harlow kind of Spring

Us here in New York finally got some snow, so I may cower at the dip in temperatures at first but nothing says first day of snow like playing around in it. While at the same time looking ultra chic. But in the mean time, I can fawn over awaiting Spring to come no?

Ill admit from now that I love anything Nicole Richie does, so when she first came out with her House of Harlow brand I was truly excited, now this brand has evolved so much. Here are some of the House of Harlow Spring/Summer goodies:

You can definitely see influences of her style of a clean cut boho look that you can take from day to night or night to day. I love a good shoe with a showcase of colors, various edgy cuts to it, or prints and patterns that are out of this world.

This spring looks to be very majestic but with this snow and cold, so far.~

Prabal Gurung x Target : The Mashup

Imagine my surprise when we finish through the Neiman Marcus x Target Collab for the holidays, we have sifted through only a month after 70% off markdowns on Oscar De La Renta Canvas Totes and Phillip Crangi Photo Frames, to find out that in 2 to 3 weeks, the Prabal Gurung Collection for Target will unleash on February 10th. Usually I know about them in advance but this one caught my Rag and Bone clad behind off guard!

Its not going to be endowed in high pricing like the previous Target x Neiman Marcus collab but values of Target collab past. With the occasional one or two items being about $150. Rest around $49.99 and under.

It will be 80+ items, so get those pennies, nickels and quarter out of the couch and into your talking coin counter.

Refinery 29 has the official lookbook available here: Prabal x Target

A couple of looks that I am loving from the impending collection:

And you can forget the accessories:

This one looks like its going to be a success. Lets hope the fabric is good value and we dont look like floral mushrooms but looking fresh to death in floral. I will recap on this when I go on opening day to sift through and try things! Get your Keds on because this one could be a monster~

Accents and Quirk : Beeh's Week

Hello folks,

I have been enjoy my break before the strains of the next semester begins and did productive things. Read Italian Vogue and Glamour UK, cleaned my closet, went to Bergdorfs, ate at Ippudo, and started Les Mills Combat. All in all, having a good time, before the next week and 5 days I return to normalcy.

Ive went through my closet and realized I need to start wearing more of my goodies and actually threw together some lovely combos.

Look #1

I really enjoy a nice blazer, this one, the watercolor, two tone is sick. With some casual jeans, trainers, and a lovely bag, I am good to go.

Jeans: Gap 1969
Belt: Anna Sui

Jacket: Valentino Miss V
Shirt: Burberry

Sneakers: Hogan

Bag: Louis Vuitton Monceau (One of my absolute vintage finds)

Look #2

One of my favorite looks, inspired by my favorite model off duty Freja Beja Erichsen and of course our fav editor, Kate Lanphear. Of course with my own twist, I love a good edgy and textured look. So much going on yet its insanely lovely.

Jacket: Atmosphere UK
Sweater: Rag and Bone for Target x Neiman Marcus

Tunic: H and M (If you look a couple of blogs back, I have wanted this top since 2011 and found it)
Denim: Mossimo, Target

Bag: Rebecca Minkoff

Boots: Dr Martens (Originally black laces, but i interchange between different colors)

Look #3

A more casual look with my favorite kind of accents!

Top: Vintage
Dont you look wearing this without a necklace. Less Weight!

Bag: Perlina.
The leather on this baby is so soft and there is so much pocket, so you can hold alot of things but make sure you remember where you put that disk drive and eye shadow!

Flats: Vera Wang Lavender
Not usually a leopard or cheetah print person, but these are extremely fun, so why not. Fashion is fun, no?
Jeans: Gap 1961

Look #4

Not a dress person but this is one of the only four I own.
Tunic Dress: Forever 21.
Bought this a couple of years ago, its my Anna Sui fix. What a steal!

Boots: Roxy
Warm inside and great to wear with anything and everything.

Bag: Coach Brown Leather Swingpack
I always love a swingpack, messenger bag. Easy to carry and free moving space!

Jacket: Zara
This one was a flea market find for $5. Great in the fall, winter and spring for me. Can dress this baby up or down. Scarves look just wonder with her. I shall do another story on that very soon~

The pattern speaks for itself!

Finally, one of my christmas gifts, that I actually live in these days asides from my other crossbody bags.
A Rebecca Minkoff 3 Zip Mac Clutch. I was pleasantly surprised when I received this.

I suppose its safe to say that I am a Mink head? But then again, they contribute to my essential needs that I cry over in joy!

Look who wants summer!

I am doing my spring cleaning and was going through a couple of images from the past few months and stumbled upon the Ivy Kirzhner shoe event. I got to see the sneak peek of sandals, wedges, and heels that are going to be availability for this summer.

Exquisite jewel tones, jewel and colors galore basically. Am I excited for summer already?

My favorite flat sandal because i mostly wear low heel or no heel. Just look at the deal on the inside sole, the studding detail, the shape of the gems in the front. Forget the statement piece necklace, look down at the statement shoes!!! =D

Quite frankly, i would live in these during the summer. Id wear them going to a chic store opening, a luncheon, going to and from the gym, making a run to trader joes, and going to the park.

And finally I have to make a revisit to Proenza Schouler's Spring 2013. I will definitely make an attempt to put together an outfit like this, so watch for me doing alot of proenza spring influences this spring and summer. :)

Its the second week of January and im starting to feeling inspired! Aren't you?
