Its a new start

We enter a new age of 2013 very soon, lets take a look back at the inspirations and events that happened in 2012 with photographs. Some were alarming, some we handled with a whatever attitude, and others were OMG!

The Bib necklace made a statement once again

Leather leggings/ leather pants look. I am personally a fan of it. I see a cross between Kate Lanphear and Freja Beja Erichsen  *My heart is swooning as we speak*

KimYe or Kim Kardashian and Kanye West blending happened:

The Lakers are not prominent right now:

People are still buying Vera Bradley like hotcakes (me too)

Leather was unisex:

In the spring, we appreciated Suno and De La Renta style prints:

Minimalism was at its best:

All in all, 2012 was an eventful year. But it was not dull in the least.

Valentina Valentino Fragrance Commercial

Have you guys seen this new commercial?

It features my favorite model: Freja!

Doesn't she look flawless and so carefree?

One of my favorite fragrance ads, aside from Coco Rocha's Elle YSL one.

Jewelry by Jennifer Zeuner

Recently, websurfing I stumbled upon this jewelry designer named Jennifer Zeuner, who makes amazing pieces.
What is so special about them is the types of availability in metals, and the whimsical yet iconic features they have.

She has all of these personalized and symbolic pieces in anklets, rings, necklaces and bracelet. What about them is they may not be intricate but the simplicity they carry exudes such beauty.

Especially this Initial Bracelet.

I am definitely ordering one for myself very soon.

And then there is the initial necklace.

This shamrock necklace

And finally a lovely popular horizontal cross bracelet.

I am definitely a new fan and cant wait until I order my first Jennifer Zeuner piece!

Endless Shoes

SHOES

I have taken the task upon myself to organize my shoes because I always have new ones coming in and old ones needing repair or beeh's love again. So I thought you guys might see any you may have or like.

These are some of favorites: The duck winter boot

My LE Nikes.

Tahari 50/50 boots

My Riding Boots

And these are new. Got them from the vintage store, someone brought them in brand new and only got them for 13 dollars, for both.

My other pairs.
From top left, my Reebok Realflex, Doc Martens Tattoo Boots, Salvatore Ferragamo Red Suede Sneakers, Velvet Christmas Smoking Flats, Stuart Weitzman tassel loafers, Cole Haan Purple and Black Sneakers, Superga Canvas Sneakers, and Tory Burch Flats.

Closer look. The ones on the top right I bought from Barneys online sale 1-2 years ago. These are the Keds x Loomstate Collab Warm Sneaker Boots. Great for a cold day, your feet will sweat. Forget those Kinoki PADS!

The Docs. The only pair of Docs I have. The detail on these are sick.

My Knee High Converses, 2nd pair is a Hot Pink version. These channel my inner early 90s baby.

Vera Wang Lavender flats. The only leopard piece I have in my wardrobe and Im in love with them.

The Weitzman loafers. Great for a more formal occasion, casual classic,  or interviews. I am definitely wearing these for my interviews.

Finally, I must end with these books. Finals are coming up next week. Im officially slayed. Until its over, ciao.

Cheers!

Beeh's Guide to Sweaters

Beeh's Guide to Sweaters

1. American Apparel Sweatshirt $32 here
2.  Sheinside Sweater $31 here
3. Acne Ruth Sweater here
4. Allsaints Camou Pullover here
5. APC Striped Pullover here
6. Proenza Schouler sweater here

So I know you guys have the winter season or those that are coming to fall now and we need to button up and get cozy. These sweaters are so awesome that not only are they stylish but they are cozy and can go with anything.

I truly wish Santa would bring me these sweaters. They would complete my life.

I mean the perfect fit, a cropped, bulky, quirky designs, and play on textures, these are the elements of sweaters that I really admire.

You can roll up sleeves to your arms and wear librarian glasses or add a moto jacket for a cool effect.

Sweaters are a staple in every wardrobe! Especially mine, if you have seen recently, I have been living in my new Target x Neiman Marcus rag + bone sweater.

Cheers!

Grandma you can be jealous now.

Dear Grandma, I really use to love your handknited sweaters but the modern take of them just make my day. Could I really outdress Grandma? You be the judge.

 Sweater: Tory Burch
Jeans: Sassoon
Bag: Balenciaga

I really love this new Tory Burch sweater I got on sale. The two big pockets i can hold anything in there or have my arms awkwardly bend in (think the inverse of Butthead's Cornholio stance).

And finally I went back to Target today and bought the Rag and Bone collab sweater. 69.99$ Still deciding to keep it or not. Am I chic or frump jane? Either way, I still outdress Grandma.

Alright Grandma, you dress better. Im sorry. That stern look! Please still send your handmade goodies with greener goodies hidden in them? Ok thanks!

Beeh takes on Target x Neiman Marcus Collab

So today was the release of the eventful Target x Neiman Marcus Holiday Collection Collaboration, where many people lined up from store opening but I lived it more from at home. I woke up forgetting all about it until I went into my email and got a reminder I sent to me. I did productive things like workout at my mini home gym (area with space in room that has 2 pairs of dumbbells, 2 medicine balls, and a shelf full of workout dvds) but i digress.

I never made it to Target until 8pm this evening where I spotted some of the things online in person and let me tell you first hand, they look great! That Oscar De La Renta White Tote, is pretty, id buy for my mother or Aunt. The Altuzzara Shaker and Glasses look so amazing. They did not have some of the items like the Proenza Schouler Sweatshirt, the Letter Opener, and other knicksknacks.

They had a couple of Thom Browne Blazers, Marc Jacobs Pouches, the MJ Scarves, the Derek Lam Shoes, Caroline Hererra Travel Bags, The Alice and Olivia Bike and Luggage, the Marchesa Girls dresses, the Proenza Schouler Ipad Sleeve, The Derek Lam Skateboards, only one DVF Yoga Mat left, three Tory Burch lunchboxes left, and one thermos.
Lets say that im the lucky last one to get the Thermos at my nearest Target and one of the Lunch Boxes.

Im definitely going back for the Rag & Bone Sweater for 69.99$ My size is there so why not. Its such good quality, I cant believe it. And the DVF Jewelry box is lovely but I already have my Glassed one.

The Proenza Schouler Ipad Sleeve is gorgeous, might get that 49.99$

All in all, Im pleasantly surprised about the collab, its good quality items better than some of the other target designer collab. Im going back this week and shopping it online.

My outfit for today was the Adventure look.
Sweater: Uniqlo
Tshirt: M Comics.
Jeans: Sasson
Sneakers: Hogan
