Beautiful Day ~ See them all in green and blue.

Just having fun with colors and functions of the phone camera. It has such good resolutions but reminds me of a daguerreotype or calotype in a way, movement is so hard to capture, thats why I go to my Nikon.

Yoga anyone?

Love a negative photo.

Black Friday Deals & Madness.

So Black Friday is here and Thanksgiving day is over, it was nice. Now is when the deals and christmas shopping begins. So people go store hunting across the expanse of the city and burn off those calories from yesterday (lord knows we need it after that sweet potato and pumpkin pie slice).

So those are my bags from the stores today. I never go all out because I dont see the "Doorbuster deals" or " I must have this or else ill die". It just went to take a walk and see what is out there. Long lines, crying babies, diva boots, and bed hair is the norm today. Also the idea of family and hearing Christmas songs in every damn store. Guess that did not take them long!

Exhibit A. She was blocking the sign with her hair. Gurl run a comb. ;)

But this was at Kohls. While I was online with a buddy.

The scene at Forever 21.

I found at lovely Parisian chic hat circa 1948 but did not buy. I might want another time. more floppier!

DUMP CHIC.

This is my jacket I love there and want. The material is what you pay for, sure. But I love the leather trimming, the militia style buttons, the crisp lines, and the owl inlay inside. $44, I might go back for this darling coat.

And this is from my bags earlier.

Nautica Lounge Pants for $11 from $34.

Only thing I bought at Forever 21, A 90s inspired hoodie. $22. I had $18 store credit from last month. I dont really go to Forever 21 much anymore. I cant do it. The friend wanted to so I said why not.

From H&M, These $10 knits jumpers/sweaters.

And from Macys, The Chanel Professional Eyeshadow Base in Bright. I have been meaning to get it. $34.

I decided to have the eye makeup done by the artist there, very lovely girl.
I dont wear concealer, foundation or all those other crap. I LOVE TO DRESS THE EYES. So Eyeshadows and MASCARAS! *LOVE LOVE LOVE*

The makeup is gorgeous for going out or holiday time glow.

WANT: Tiffany&Co x Elsa Peretti

For all while now I have been preoccupied with so many other things and I decided to give Santa one of my wishlist items early. Haha, whom is Santa? I wonder that myself. Anyway, I have been loving the Tiffany Elsa Peretti collections pieces for a while.

There is the bottles with lapis stoppers, the sterling silver jugs, jugs on cord, and the lovely open heart pieces and the Elsa Peretti Bean which is an obsession in itself.

But my personal favorite and what I would like to get is the Elsa Peretti Small Open Bottle. It runs for about $395 USD on Tiffany.com.
Dont you love the idea of putting a small flower in it? When I bought my last Tiffany Necklace a couple of months ago, the sales associate that assisted me had the flower petal in the one she was
wearing. Le Freak Flower Chic. Freak out!

Sophie Elgort : Part Deux

So as you all know, I have been following Sophie Elgort and her amazing vision behind the camera for sometime. There are some new works that show such growth and perspective to her photography.

This one from one of the fashion week shows is one of my favorites that Ms. Elgort took.
I believe this is from Adam S/S 2012. The model's silhouette in this floral jumpsuit is so stunning. Such a good angle to take the photo from.

Then beautiful girl. I see a 80s girl meet 1925 New York Debutante debuting into society. I believe this is the part where she is going out to the loft downtown and doing her Chanel Makeup and putting on her platform black booties! Gorgeous photography. Such good perspective.

And a goodie from Lookbook IV. This should be in GQ
The guy with his Tom's shoes. What an angle he can immediately jump into! for those not in new york, doesnt that make you want to come to NYC and jump up and down in the middle of Times Square?!

--I do that already. *sniggers* :)

But I really love Sophie's work and I love going through her lookbooks to see new things because an artist is always inspired by new environments! She is the daughter of Arthur Elgort I realized recently, whom has had stints with British Vogue and is legendary

but the focus is on Sophie and her amazing works of art as seen in LadyGunn, Vogue UK, and other amazing medias!. It evokes energy me and I hope it does the same for many others!

Check her out at website here.

Throwback! Coach Style

I would like to take a moment to digress back to 2006 when we all received those Coach mini holiday books when the Coach fur handbags, patchwork, and my personal all-time favorite, Bumble Bee with florals line.

We have come such a long way if we really think about it from Signature to Bumble Bee to Poppy.

In my heart, I believe I will always have a soft spot for Coach, though certain coach signatures are over done and I will not care for but still....

Happy Thanksgiving and Happy Throwback!
To where it all starts, where it continues, and where it will continue to the future!

Life in a nutshell w/ froyo

So midterm dreading is over. Now I can relax just a tiny little bit. I can do more of my blog, my ebay powerselling, and of course my favorite thing to do, go to MIDTOWN EAST. *heart*

But other things that are really cool is to go to the fresh food market and get fruits and veggies that are in season! Pumpkins are good right now, no little. Good to eat in pie or a fall medley mix.
And to read my magazine. Doesnt Zoe look good?

Of course as soon as these midterms were over I went to my favorite vintage spot and got this lovely purse!

Its by Hunt's Club, they have the best minimalistic and buttery soft leather pieces.

Tried froyo for the first time. Cake Batter flavor with fruit pebbles, cap'n crunch toppings and strawberries. CAN YOU SAY FRUITY?

Got some Panera Bread with mum. Sandwich and Soup. Of course, doggie bag to go home is needed.

And just Saturday, I went to get mum's birthday gift. I will reveal it here what I bought from Bergdorfs on her birthday date.

Of course when I travel, I carry my Kindle 3G in my Rebecca Minkoff Kindle Case. Why not be smart and stylish no?

A close-up. The sales associate can gift wrap! Werk it.

After I fall here. Tired. Done.

Aviator Shearling and Calvins.

So, I forayed into Target, as always I have a little break so I like to do a little shopping, my style evolves and my wallet takes a beating, but what can you do? Talk to my electronic counting coin bank, currently saved is 24 dollars. HUGE ACHIEVEMENT!

Well anyways, I saw the series of Merona and Xhilaration jackets and coats that were quite gooooorgeous. Especially one with the fur collar looks very Tory Burch meets Givenchy. Here it is here. You can buy it for $69.99.

But I found this baby and I immediately thought isnt it just like that thousands of dollars Burberry Aviator Shearling Jacket. I love it. I tried it on immediately and loved it. I bought it for $49.99. Quite a steal, no?
I initially bought brown but then traveled to another target nearby and got black. Black is so charming.

Look at the details! The "leather" strips on the bottom hem.

It overall. So much opportunities are arising with it.

Has a little moto influence. See the cross hatching?

MY EYES WILL BORE INTO YOU! lol. Bad pic but I love the angle with my ninja pants.

And of course, my new Calvin Klein Bag. Found at Flea Market for 10 bucks.

Good leather, good white fresh color because I never had this color before. I feel very pristine with white. Idk, empowerment and prim I guess.
The tassel on the bag is ridonculous! LOVE IT.

And I will leave you guys to your infinite possibilities......

Versace For H&M - WANT.

So heres the basically questions one has to know. Which H&M locations, Ebay auctions, and potential buddies?

The madness begins November 17th, next Thursday but I cant wait. Maybe I will stop by if its not too much.

The thing is which H&M to go to. 34th or Broadway, probably it will mostly be at 34th in midtown. Ugh, im not into lines but i have had my fair share of them. Who knows, maybe I will buddy up to pass by time.

But these pieces I would like to see some of them in person to see the details as what I have seen in in the lookbook and ads.

There are exactly three pieces I want

This Dress. Oh so Versace 1993, I love the grecian detail and modest length. Sexy still. Price is about $149.00USD. Id get this baby. Oh H&M if you have this in my size on opening day, Id die. Chances are grubbers are going to sell em out.

Then these Romanesque Leggings for $29.00 USD. God you just about wear this with everything. Play on texture and color at the same time if you want.

And then this baby priced at $49.00 USD, the classic Versace insignia, this is great for a lovely going out look.... I wonder if it looks slinky in the front as it does. Cant wait to see these textures and quality of material.

OVERALL, I cant wait!!
