Paying Homage 9/11
I know this has nothing to do with the blog, but i believe I have to pay homage to teh 9/11/2001 attacks that happened 8 years ago. Families are still in despair, some have gotten over it, some have not made it as they have hit a road block.
So If your in the city today, stop by the World Trade Center Area and check out the 2 long streams of buring light where the towers once stood, as they were apart of our NYC as we know it.
To all the victims and families, I feel for you on this day. Just keep looking up, if you look down, you may falter.
Ja ne,
K.

Naruto Shippūden 3: Inheritors of the Will of Fire - Just found out (dont kill me)
Okay, so im getting back into this news business. :O When I look, I see there is a new Naruto movie out in Japan, released around August 1, 2009. The name of the movie is: Naruto Shippūden 3: Inheritors of the Will of Fire.
Released Synopsis: The film concerns the potential outbreak of a Fourth Great Shinobi World War when ninja with Kekkei Genkai abilities begin to disappear from Kumogakure, Iwagakure, Kirigakure, and Sunagakure. As the only village unscathed, Konohagakure is believed to be behind the incident, and rumors circulate that they are preparing a rebellion. With the other nations amassing troops at the Land of Fire's borders, threatening invasion, the Fire Daimyo orders Tsunade to apprehend those responsible and prove Konoha's innocence; in the event of failure, the Land of Fire will be forced to destroy the village in order to preserve world peace.
The true culprit and main antagonist of the film, Hiruko, is a missing-nin and former friend of the Sannin that disappeared from Konohagakure dozens of years earlier, after developing Chimera Technique, a jutsu which allows him to absorb both the chakra and Kekkei Genkai of other ninja. Based in Mount Shami with his followers, Ichi, Ni, and San, Hiruko uses a genjutsu to project himself in the skies above Konoha, announcing that he will obtain the Kekkei Genkai of the Land of Fire and become immortal and invincible, then instigate the Fourth Great Shinobi World War and conquer the world. With Hiruko intending to use the power of the solar eclipse to carry out this plan, a race to defeat him begins as the moment of the eclipse draws near.
Sounds really good. Seems to me that more and more former allies and all really crave power and will destroy people they once knew or for their whole lives for a moment of power and the will to do anything. Sounds like a certain raven haired, onyx eyed former konoha shinobi.
This is an interesting enough plot, well, I can't wait to see it! But I also gotta watch Bonds but, I havent had enough time.

A Voyage into Shenmue III *Under Construction*
It seems as it may as well still be on because Sega is currently having a trend of reviving games as well as franchises. The Shenmue franchise which started in 1999,still isnt over. Evidence includes the shenmue website which is still up and in recent interviews which is trying to work on it.
Our beloved Shenmue, with his smooth talking voice and way of asking soooo sooo many questions may be back with us soon. Meaning More and more quick time events, fabulous new graphics since we reached the new age! The long lasting questions that arises from the ending of Shenmue II and what was the relationship between him and the biker girl. Hehe, we may know later on, but lets keep up hope now, ya hear?
Yu Suzuki, we love you please help us keep the dreams alive of this never-ending story! You my sir have an art for games and an eye for greatness.
Game Review - WET
The main character in this game named Rubi is voiced by no other than, Game and Action vixen Eliza Dushku. Who is my favorite girl since her Bring It On days, Buffy the Vampire Slayer Faith days, and Tru Calling days.
The character can do all sorts of slides and stunts while on the walls, the ground, and in the air. She can do flips and shoot at the same time. This reminds me of a Lara Croft aerobatics but better graphics and paying homage to the video game vixen of her time. Rubi also uses a sword and can move very fast to slash and run on the walls and slash at the same time. Also when Rubi's face gets covered in blood, she goes into murder rampage mode and destroys all in sight! The graphic is in a noir style with bold edgy colors. She can also shoot two enemies at once. Awesome!
But beware, there are some quick time events displayed in this game. I know you guys remember quick time in Shenmue. Haha, I remember the first time I saw QTE was the Shenmue series, and boy did I get angry and not play it for a while, until I calmed down and beat the second Shenmue! (STILL WAITING FOR THE THIRD ONE GUYS!)
Too bad that this game isnt out yet. September 15, 2009 in North America. September 18, 2009 in Europe. Just weeks away. Sorry old console users, as you know by now, its coming out the newer generation systems Playstation 3 and Xbox 360. Though I played the demo for Xbox 360, I prefer Playstation 3 version. More crisp.
Thats it for now.

Closer Look - Yui Makino
You all may know already that she is a guest of honor at the upcoming New York Anime Festival and has a free concert on Saturday Night possibly in the IGN theater (if its still called that), but lets take a closer look into Ms. Yui Makino.
Singer, seiyu, actress, pianist, and talent. All of these ideas describe Yui Makino. She started the study of piano at a young age of four. Shunji Iwai discovered her and she played musical pieces in three of his films. That is what I call amazing talent. She has come a long way then going to voice over work such as the Heroine "Sakura" in Tsubasa Chronicle (which is an awesome anime and manga) in its entirety. She was also in Sora Kake Girl as Honoka Kawai! Also her other work includes: Welcome to the N.H.K. as Misaki! Her two albums in all sold about 10,000-11,000 copies each! And get this, Yui is only 23 years of age! If she has done this much in 23 years, imagine how much more she can do with about 20 years more, if she continues on this amazing path, that she has carved.
Quite Frankly, I applaud you Ms. Yui Makino, hopefully I can get a autograph at this Anime Festival and give my readers a nice treat~
